Shift/Schedule:

We are currently seeking individuals who have experience caring for individuals with Dementia and Alzheimer's. Specific training, certifications and experience in this area is preferred. You will need availability between the hours of 7:00AM-7:00PM for shifts that can be four to twelve hours in length.

Job Duties:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing and other personal hygiene
• Light housekeeping, laundry, bed linen changes and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Client errands and companionship
• Redirecting and deescalating techniques

Salary Description

• $17.00 - $20.00/Hour

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be willing to travel in the St Louis City & County areas
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable/personal vehicle with auto insurance coverage
• Availability to work every other weekend, required
• Availability/Ability work work 30 hours per month, required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, required
• Ability to work in homes with pets and smokers, preferred
• Ability to work in client homes located in assisted living or independent living with pets required. 
• Experience working as a Caregiver / CNA / Home Care Aide/Mental Health Tech for Dementia and Alzheimer's geriatric patients, highly preferred
