What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide respectful, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
- Follow individualized care plans and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
What You Bring:
- Active CNA certification (state-licensed).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in home settings
- Commitment to patient-focused care
- CPR Certification
