Responsibilities:

All procedures, duties, and tasks are to be completed under the patients care plan as ordered in conjunction with the physician. Patient care is in the patient home which can include single family residence, Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), or Nursing Home. Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of direct patient care in any clinical setting, or in-home health/hospice is preferred.
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
BLS
Driver's License
