What You’ll Be Doing
Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
Assisting with mobility and range of motion exercises
Taking and recording vital signs
Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment
Reporting changes in condition to the nurse or case manager
Supporting patients and families with compassion and respect
What Helps You Succeed
Current Oregon CNA license
CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to work independently in the field

Full-Time
Southern Oregon | Medford, Grants Pass & Surrounding Areas
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
$1500.00 - Sign On Bonus
