Home Health and Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health and Home Hospice role. This position offers a mixed caseload of home health and hospice patients and is ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working independently in the field.

• Field-based position seeing home health and hospice patients
• Manage your own daily patient visit schedule

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
• At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience
• Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
