We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health and Home Hospice role. This position offers a mixed caseload of home health and hospice patients and is ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working independently in the field.

Requirements:
- Active RN license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
- At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience
- Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
