Overview:
Starting Pay $36.90/hr, can be more based on experience
Mon-Thurs (no Fridays): 8am-430pm. 32 hours/week.Approx. 5-6 days on call/month.
All patient care occurs in the patient home in a 9 County Central Ohio service area.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Must have excellent critical thinking skills, good communication and customer service skills, and the ability to organize and manage time well.
Ability to work independently, as well as within an interdisciplinary team.
Necessary skills include, but are not limited to, pediatric assessment, infusion and central line care, injections, wound care and patient education.
Must be comfortable with end-of-life discussions and patient experiences.
One year of pediatric experience, required.
One year of hospice or palliative care experience, preferred.
