Location: Broad Reach Hospice – 1455 Main Street (Route 28), Chatham, MA

Salary Range: $86,000 – $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000

The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Hospice Nurse (RN) to join our family. This role is more than a job – it's a calling. Here, you'll have the unique opportunity to provide comfort and support to individuals and their families during some of their most challenging times.

Your Role and Impact:

• Serve as a primary coordinator of all care for hospice patients, ensuring seamless and compassionate end-of-life care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide expert nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs.
• Act as a liaison, advocating for patients' and families' needs and coordinating with healthcare providers and community resources.
• Educate families and caregivers on end-of-life care, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

Who You Are:

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts, with experience in hospice or palliative care. preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved in end-of-life care.
• An exceptional communicator and a strong advocate for patient and family needs.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
