Responsibilities:
- The RN Case Manager Will Maintain a Case Load Of About 20 Patients
- Patients Per Day-4 On Average
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the State Of Georgia
- Full Time Monday-Friday
- No call
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- 1 Year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred but Will Consider Med/Surg. Oncology, Nursing Home Experience
