Required Qualifications:

- An Associate's Degree or higher

- A year or more experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, or similar EHR, like TruChart

- Valid Certified Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)

- Hospice experience of 2+ years

- Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation means, and Auto Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborative management and execution of patient care plans

- Provide patient support in Mt. Lebanon/Bethel Park, PA, and surrounding regions

- Adherence to firm documentation deadlines

- Utilize excellent time management skills and adhere to schedules 

- Proficient interaction with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details:

- Work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5p-8a, with potential consideration for alternate shift patterns, such as Monday to Friday, 5p-1a or 12a-8a

Travel:

- Local travel required
