Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients
• Assist with daily living activities and basic patient care
• Document care using EMR/EHR systems
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety standards
• Assist with catheter care as needed
• Work closely with the hospice care team
