Mandatory Qualifications:

- You must hold an Associate degree or higher

- A Registered Nurse (RN) certification or license authorized in Michigan (MI) is necessary

- Your nursing journey should involve 1+ years in an RN role

- Possession of a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance is a must

- Valid certifications/licenses from American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) are required

Preferred Qualification:

- RN License Number

This role, based in Lapeer, MI, and its surrounds, comes with an incredible first-year success bonus of $15,000, aimed at marking key milestones in your initial year!

The schedule is built on a 7-on/7 off model, operating from 5 pm-8 am. Weekends involve round-the-clock shifts.

If you are a compassionate individual possessing:

- RN license validated in your work state

- Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school

- Two years of RN experience, preference for hospice experience

- Current driver's license and readiness to spend ~20% of your workday in transit to patient locations

- The ability to meet charting deadlines consistently

- Skills required for self-management of schedule and time

- Demonstrated familiarity with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
