The Director of Palliative Care is responsible for the direction and oversight of our Palliative Care Programs ensuring consistent quality levels of professional care are provided and maintained according to licensure, state law, and regulatory standards. The Director will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure the provision of holistic, patient-centered care that addresses physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
This role provides leadership oversight across three offices located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, West Warwick, Rhode Island, and Jacksonville, Florida. The selected candidate must reside within commuting distance of one of these offices and be comfortable supporting a multi-site, multi-state operation.

$150,000 - $155,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
