HopeHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for its affiliate HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care. This position will be on our Home North A team, which services the areas north of Providence.
The RN will be assigned to a caseload as designated by the Patient Care Manager and determined by census need. The RN may also be utilized to cover an RN Case Manager absence and provide continuity of care.
This is a full-time, 40-hours per week position, with 8:00am-4:30pm hours. The position requires working every 4th weekend. It is eligible for full benefits.
