Position Specifics



  • CNA or PCA (Personal Care Aide) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • No prior felony or reoccurring misdemeanor convictions
  • Multi state background check
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Minimum of 2 year clean driving record
  • Current TB Test
  • Current CPR and First Aide Certificate

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions



Job involves performing tasks under the direction of supervisor, completed in residence of clients. Residence may include homes, senior living, clinical settings, rehabs, hospitals, etc. Work requires adherence to precise procedures and standards involving a high degree of accuracy in observing, recording and reporting. An appreciable degree of physical effort or strain. Moderately heavy activity, may include but not limited to lifting, constant stooping and walking.Good communication skills required with clients, their families, Home Helpers office, supervisors and other employees. Enable a safe, effective environment, health promotion and maintenance, verbal communication, listening, training, dependability, emotional control, medical teamwork for clients.
