Trustbridge Hospice, a proud member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional hospice care to patients in the comfort of their homes throughout Broward County working the following schedule: Thursday - Monday 5:00am – 1:30pm.

What you'll Do
As a CNA with Trustbridge Hospice, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients and their loved ones by:

- Providing direct and indirect patient care in home and inpatient settings under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs
- Supporting a safe, clean, and comforting environment for patients
- Offering emotional, physical, and bodily comfort to patients and families during a sensitive time
- Educating and assisting patients and caregivers to maintain the highest level of safe, independent living

What You'll Need
- Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
- Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
- Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
- Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
