Hospice Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion, high energy, with at least<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3 years of sales and marketing experience within the hospice or home health arena, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>This role requires excellent communication skills and compassion. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Duties<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through connecting with hospitals, physicians and Skilled nursing facilities.
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Utilize contact management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  3 years of sales and marketing experience within the hospice or home health arena, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>

  • Proven experience and verifiable performance in hospice or home health sales.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem -solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
