<\/p>We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion, high energy, with at least<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>3 years of sales and marketing experience within the hospice or home health arena, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>This role requires excellent communication skills and compassion. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Duties<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/p>
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities throug<\/span><\/span>h connecting with hospitals, physicians and Skilled nursing facilities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Utilize contact management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position our services effectively.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 3 years of hospice sales experience with a solid book of business <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven experience and verifiable performance in hospice or home health sales.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- A proactive approach to problem -solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/span>
