Schedule and Shift Details
● Schedule (Including any on call/weekends):
M-F 8-5; no weekends on call or holiday

Looking for compassionate nurse practitioners with:
- Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Master of Science (MSN) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience
- Hold, in good standing, a license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner issued by the state in which you work
- Experience in a community based Home Health or Hospice/Palliative Care practice is strongly preferred.
