We are seeking skilled Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one in-home pediatric care throughout the Upper Hudson Valley region.

Schedule Options

  • Days

Clinical Experience Preferred

  • G-Tube feeding

  • Catheterizations

  • Nebulizer treatments

  • Epi-Pen administration

  • Seizure precautions / epilepsy supervision

  • Medication distribution

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct pediatric nursing care in the home setting

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments

  • Monitor, document, and report client health status

  • Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions

  • Manage and maintain medical devices (feeding tubes, catheters, etc.)

  • Collaborate with families and healthcare providers

  • Follow individualized care plans established by the RN Case Manager and physician

  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program

  • Active New York State RN or LPN license in good standing

  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience preferred

  • Homecare or community health experience a plus

  • Current CPR certification required

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong pediatric clinical skills

  • Excellent communication with children and families

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations

  • Organized and detail-oriented documentation habits

  • Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
