Hospice Residence LPN- $5000 sign-on Bonus eligible
Named by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the last three years, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks a Hospice Residence LPN to join its expanding hospice team in our residence. Our Hospice Residence is located in Wayland and was reopened in the Fall of 2022. This is an exciting opportunity for LPNs interested in providing end-of-life care at a new 10-bed hospice facility. This position is eligible for a $5000 sign-on Bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
This position provides direct patient care, including ongoing assessment, pain management. and symptom control in line with the plan of care established for the patient. The Licensed Practical Nurse notifies the Nursing Care Coordinator of any significant changes in the patient’s condition or any changes that necessitate physician notification and documents all care provided, including clinical observations and interventions.
Schedule and Weekly Hours:
12-hour shifts, days and nights available. Weekends and/or weekdays.

Pay Range:
$34-41/hour with a differential of $2 per hour for evening shifts and $3 per hour for weekend shifts: This number reflects an average range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications, and skills, and can exceed the range.
