• 🌱 Develop new referral partnerships and strengthen existing ones to expand hospice reach in the community
• 📣 Lead outreach and public relations efforts that highlight the value and compassion of hospice care
• 🧭 Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely patient transitions into care
• ⚖️ Maintain full compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations related to healthcare marketing and outreach

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred

• Valid Driver’s License

• Valid Auto Insurance

• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
